Terms & Conditions

1. Production Timeline: Estimated delivery dates are provided upon receipt of the initial deposit and final pattern approval. Samdrasti Garment is not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages in the open market.

2. Quality Acceptance: Clients have 7 working days from receipt of goods to report manufacturing defects. After this period, the shipment is deemed accepted.

3. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from commercial contracts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India.
